Calling all Sous Chefs ages 8 and up

It’s time to knead, whisk, frost and decorate your way through our brand new collection of pastry and baking classes. You’ll learn techniques and skills to make you a more Well Seasoned Baker!

All Sous Chefs will get to eat everything they make and will receive recipes.

Piping Techniques

  • Properly fill and place coupler and tips on piping bags
  • Practice using six different piping tips
  • Basket Weave, Roses, Leaf, Stars, Borders and Ruffles 
  • Decorate cup cakes using new piping techniques
