College Cooking 101

In this hands on class your College Student will learn the elements of healthy, quick, basic cooking. Using only a sauté pan, wooden spoon, fork, knife and spatula they will learn how to fend for themselves and avoid the terrors of the cafeteria! Plus, they will stop asking you what's for dinner when they are home, because they will be doing the cooking.
